About the Artwork
Are your paintings original artworks?
Yes. Each original painting is an individual, one-of-a-kind artwork created by Madelon van der Voort. Once an original has been sold, it will not be reproduced as another original.
Do you accept commissions?
At this time, I do not accept commissions. My paintings are created intuitively and are offered as original artworks when they are available.
Are the prints reproductions of your original paintings?
Yes. Art prints are reproductions of my original artwork, created to bring the artwork into more homes.
Are your prints printed to order?
Yes. Art prints are printed to order, which means your print is produced specifically for your order.
What sizes are available?
Art prints are currently available in sizes up to A3. Available sizes will be shown on the individual product page.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As a general indication, orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks in the Netherlands and 3–4 weeks internationally.
These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates. International orders may take longer due to customs procedures or delays with the shipping carrier.

Will my order have tracking?
This depends on the shipping service used for your order. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
How will my artwork be packaged?
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect the artwork during transport.
Original paintings receive appropriate protective packaging based on their size and format. Prints and other products are also packaged carefully to help ensure they arrive safely.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, your country may charge import duties, customs fees or other taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Please check the import regulations in your country before placing an international order.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Where you have a legal right to return your order, you can do so within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a personalised or custom-made product?
Personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
